Our Story

Meet the founder

Hi, I'm Louise, the founder of The Bridal Office. With a background in events and years of experience behind the scenes of professionally organised events, I created The Bridal Office to bring that same level of organisation to brides planning their own day.

Beautiful weddings start with a really good plan.

Before creating The Bridal Office, I spent years working in events, planning, organising and seeing first hand just how much goes on behind the scenes to make a special day feel effortless.

And that's the thing about a beautifully organised event: the guests never see the planning. They just experience the result.

Timelines, suppliers, schedules, payments, dietary requirements, seating, last-minute changes, there are hundreds of little details happening in the background.

When it comes to planning a wedding, it's no different.

I wanted to bring that experience to brides planning their own wedding.

Not everyone wants or has the budget  to hire a wedding planner. But that doesn't mean you should have to figure everything out from scratch.

So I created The Bridal Office: practical, beautifully designed planning tools inspired by the kind of organisation that goes on behind professionally planned events.

Everything has a place. Everything has a purpose. And most importantly, you have a plan.

From supplier details and payment trackers to your ceremony, photography schedule, seating plan, music, speeches and wedding-day timeline, it's designed to help you feel like you're on top of your wedding rather than constantly trying to catch up with it.

For the brides who like to have a plan.

And the brides who desperately need one.

Whether you've already got a colour-coded spreadsheet or you've just got engaged and have absolutely no idea where to start, The Bridal Office is here to make the process feel a little less overwhelming.

- No complicated software.
- No wedding-planner price tag.
- No wondering what you've forgotten.

Just thoughtful planning tools created with real event experience behind them so you can plan with confidence and actually enjoy the exciting bit.
